Welterweight contender Gil Turner and club-fighting Johnny Bernardo hooked up in an all-Philadelphia match with Turner scoring a knockout in seven rounds at the Arena. A crowd of 3,066 saw Turner rebound from his April 7 10-round loss to Joey Giardello. One month after beating Bernardo, Turner handed Johnny Saxton his first defeat. This 22x28 poster is museum-quality framed. Turner, Giardello, Saxton...ah, those were the days.
